the stay was very pleasant, couldn't recommend more. it was a quiet and absolutely great hotel in lugo. the staff was really helpful the whole time of my stay. the queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright.

I did encounter a hiccup with the stairs since the reception is on the first floor and my room was up another flight, which may be a challenge for some. The washing service I used was efficient and very handy . Old furniture added charm but could use an upgrade.
